Ordering a Puppy

Ordering is simple! Browse our Available Puppies page, click on a puppy you love, and then click the "Order This Puppy" button. Fill in your name, contact details, and shipping address — no account or credit card is needed at this stage. Once we receive your order, we'll email you within 24 hours with payment instructions.
No account is needed! Our ordering process is completely guest-based. Just fill in your contact details on the order form and you're done. We keep things simple so you can focus on welcoming your new puppy home.
Yes — if a litter is coming soon, you can reach out via our Contact page to express interest and we'll add you to the waitlist. A reservation deposit may be required to hold a spot.
You'll receive an automatic email confirming we received your order, along with your order reference number. Our team will then review your details and personally email you within 24 hours with payment instructions and next steps. No payment is processed automatically — everything goes through us directly.
Absolutely! Simply submit a separate order form for each puppy. When you contact us, let us know you're ordering multiple puppies and we may be able to combine shipping costs.

Pricing & Payment

Each puppy is priced individually based on their AKC status, bloodline, color, and age. Prices are listed clearly on each puppy's profile page. Browse our puppies page to find current pricing.
We accept the following payment methods: Bank Transfer, PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, and Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT). The specific payment instructions — including account details — will be sent to you personally by our team after you place your order.
Yes. We do not collect any credit card or banking information on our website. All payment details are communicated directly via email after your order is confirmed, keeping the process safe and personal.
For in-stock puppies, full payment is typically required before shipment. For waitlist reservations or upcoming litters, a deposit may be required to hold your spot. Our team will clarify this in the payment instructions email.
We typically ask for payment within 3 business days of receiving the payment instructions email. If you need more time, just let us know — we're always happy to work with you.

Health & AKC Registration

Yes! Every puppy comes with a health guarantee. Each puppy is examined by a licensed veterinarian prior to leaving and comes with a Health Certificate. We stand behind the health of our puppies and will work with you if a health issue arises within the covered period. Please contact us for the full terms of our health guarantee.
Yes — our puppies are AKC registered. Each listing clearly shows whether registration is Full (breeding rights), Limited (pet only), or None. The AKC paperwork is included with your puppy at the time of delivery.
Your puppy will have received age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming treatments, and a thorough veterinary health check before shipping. A copy of the vaccination records and vet health certificate is included with every puppy.
Yes. We are committed to responsible breeding. Our parent dogs are health-tested for common Golden Retriever conditions including hip and elbow dysplasia (OFA cleared) and eye conditions (CAER certified). Documentation is available upon request.
Many of our puppies are microchipped prior to shipping. This will be noted on the individual puppy's profile page. If microchipping is not included, we strongly recommend having your local vet do it shortly after your puppy arrives.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes! We ship Golden Retriever puppies to all 50 states. Whether you're in New York, California, Texas, or anywhere in between — we've got you covered with safe, climate-controlled transportation.
We use safe, regulated, climate-controlled air travel through reputable pet transport companies. Puppies travel in IATA-approved crates with food, water, and comfort items. We follow all airline and USDA regulations for live animal transport.
Once payment is confirmed and the puppy is prepared for travel (health certificate, vaccinations verified), most puppies are shipped within 5–7 business days. Delivery is typically same-day or next-day via air transport.
Yes, a shipping fee applies and varies by destination. Your team will include the exact shipping cost in the payment instructions email. Some promotions may include free shipping — check our current listings for details.
Local pickup may be available depending on your location. Please reach out via our Contact page to discuss pickup arrangements if you prefer not to use shipping.
Your puppy will arrive with: a USDA-accredited Veterinary Health Certificate, vaccination & deworming records, AKC registration papers, a care guide, and breeder contact information for lifetime support.

Puppy Care & Support

Before your puppy arrives, we recommend having: a crate or playpen, food and water bowls, a collar and leash, puppy food (we'll let you know what brand they're currently eating), a vet appointment scheduled for within 72 hours, and plenty of love! We'll send you a comprehensive puppy preparation guide when you place your order.
We'll include the specific brand and formula your puppy has been eating in their care packet. We recommend continuing on the same food for at least 2 weeks after arrival, then gradually transitioning to any food of your choice to avoid digestive upset.
